Bridging to Employment supports participants in overcoming barriers to education, skills training and employment by building confidence, life skills and cultural connection. The program creates long-term change by grounding learning in Indigenous values, strengths and ways of knowing.
Participants take part in a supportive, community-based learning environment that helps them move toward employment, further education or training. Along the way, they build practical skills, strengthen cultural identity and develop tools that support self-sufficiency and holistic wellbeing.
In Prince George, the program runs for nine weeks, three times per year.
