A month-long day treatment program is being hosted at the Prince George Native Friendship Centre from February 1 to 29, 2024 for community members living with addiction. This program is available for all Indigenous people ages 19+ who are residents of British Columbia or Yukon. The deadline to submit referrals for the program is Wednesday, January 31, 2024.
Accommodation and transportation are not included for participants traveling to Prince George for the program. Please contact your Nation to see if they can provide accommodation for their members who want to attend.
Clients must be connected to a wellness worker, NNADAP worker or mental health worker in order to be referred. The program does not accept self-referrals.
A day treatment program is being hosted in Vanderhoof from January 8 - 19, 2024, and is open to everyone. The day program will start at 10am to 3pm Monday to Friday. You must attend all day (10am - 3pm) with 75% attendance required for a completion certificate.
