Jordan’s Principle seeking feedback on services

Jordan’s Principle seeking feedback on services

September 14, 2022

Indigenous Services Canada is seeking feedback from individuals that have used the Jordan’s Principle services between January 1, 2022 and June 30, 2022.

The survey is open until Oct 3rd : https://aadnc-aandc.simplesurvey.com/f/s.aspx?s=527e931e-7402-465b-a220-15d9eb55ac67

More details below.

As part of the Indigenous Services Canada’s (ISC) efforts to continue improving the way they deliver Jordan’s Principle to First Nations children in Canada, the Jordan’s Principle team at ISC would like to ask if you would be interested in sharing your feedback in an online survey. The survey is a series of questions asking about your experience requesting a product or service and your overall level of satisfaction (or dissatisfaction). This feedback will help them identify areas where they can improve the way they deliver Jordan’s Principle, which in turn could help other families with their experiences in the future.

This survey is open to individuals who made a request to Jordan’s Principle between January 1, 2022 and June 30, 2022. The survey should only take about five minutes to complete. The survey is voluntary and completely anonymous. It will have no impact or connection to any current or future requests you may make. The final report of the overall results will be shared with their partner organizations (such as the First Nations Child & Family Caring Society and the Assembly of First Nations), and copies will be available upon request.

If you have made multiple requests during this timeframe, they ask that you provide feedback on your most recent experience.

If you are interested in doing the survey, they ask that you complete it by October 3rd, 2022 at: https://aadnc-aandc.simplesurvey.com/f/s.aspx?s=527e931e-7402-465b-a220-15d9eb55ac67

If you have any questions or concerns about the survey, please don’t hesitate to email the Jordan’s Principle team at: sac.aidesondageprincipedejordan-surveyhelpjordansprinciple.isc@canada.ca
