Mission and Objectives:
Safety and wellbeing of children are paramount.

The Child & Family Services Resources Worker is primarily responsible for recruiting, developing, and maintaining a range of resources in which to place Children in Care:  Family Care Homes, Safe Homes, Relatives of CIC, and Specialized Resources such as group homes and treatment homes.  The Resource Worker monitors and supports the service providers, and liaises with MCFD child protection social workers to ensure child(ren)s needs are met.  The goal of this service is to provide the most appropriate placement to meet the needs of the child in care.
