Carrier Sekani Family Services

Life Skills

This is an exciting program that offers the individuals and families supported by Carrier Sekani Family Services to develop the tools they need to live healthy and fulfilling lives. Sandee Bartsch is a Life Skills Family Support Worker with expertise in personal development, facilitating wellness groups and coaching individuals and families to reach their goals.

Community members will have the opportunity to participate in group activities that offer personal balance and wellness training, relapse prevention, healthy life style choices, grief and loss healing, goal setting and personal empowerment. Our programs are developed with a holistic approach to wellness based on traditional teaching methods and values mixed in with modern day best practice. There are group and individual consultations available, please contact Sandee at 250-563-1281 ext. 206 or email her at sandee@csfs.org for more information.

CSFS recognizes the challenges of maintaining personal wellness while raising healthy children and grandchildren in our communities today.  The Life Skills program assists families in developing life long, positive approaches to individual and family wellness.

“To put the world right in order, we must first put the nation in order.  To put the nation in order, we must first put the family in order.  To put the family in order, we must first cultivate our personal lives.  We must first set our hearts right.”
